Refund and return policy

Freez Wallet hardware device orders are listed at €199 per device. Refund and return requests should be sent to support@freez.asia with the order details.

Return condition

For security reasons, hardware wallet returns may require the device and packaging to be unopened, unused and not initialized. Do not return devices containing private keys, seed phrases or wallet secrets.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@freez.asia with photos and order details so the request can be reviewed.

Processing

Refund timing depends on the original payment method and the applicable payment provider. This policy should be reviewed together with local consumer protection rules.
